Abstract Waste glass creates serious environmental problems, mainly due to the inconsistency of waste streams. Increasing pressure reduce solid and recycle as much possible. The properties concretes containing fine aggregate were investigated in this study. purpose research was determine influence percentage optimum replacement fly ash 20% weight cement flexural strength sorptivity concrete. This study used experimental method measure results treatment samples laboratory. 24 pieces blocks with dimensions 150 mm x a length 600 specimens cylinders diameter 100 height 50 specimens. variation powder starts from normal concrete 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% 40%, each consists 4 samples. conclusions are there is significant effect between variations for part 18.5% 2.971 MPa use partial optimal which an initial minimum value 0.0076 mm/s 1/2 40% secondary 0.0034 .
